These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of myhostingpros.com and all products and services provided by MyHostingPros ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Sales & Product Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Services

We provide web hosting, domain registration, SSL, email and related digital services as described on our website. We may change, improve or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Payment and renewals

Services are paid in advance and renew automatically as described in our Sales & Product Policy. Late or failed payment may lead to suspension or termination.

4. No refunds

All products and services are digital and delivered instantly. All payments are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use our services to host, send or link to:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights
• Malware, phishing pages, viruses or hacking tools used against others
• Spam or unsolicited bulk email, including on email marketing plans without proper opt-in
• Child sexual abuse material, which is reported to the authorities
• Fraud, scams, or content that promotes violence or harassment
• Anything that overloads, disrupts or puts at risk our servers, network or other customers

We may suspend or terminate any service that breaks these rules, without notice and without refund.

6. Resource use

Shared and reseller plans are shared environments. "Unlimited" features are subject to fair use. Accounts that use excessive CPU, memory, disk activity or other resources and affect other customers may be limited, asked to upgrade, or suspended.

7. Your content and backups

You own the content you store on our servers and are responsible for it. We may keep backups for our own recovery purposes, but they are not guaranteed. You are responsible for keeping your own regular backups of your files, databases and emails.

8. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability and 24/7 support, but we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, attacks and events beyond our control may affect service. Any service credit is offered at our discretion and is never paid out as cash.

9. Suspension and termination

You can cancel a service at any time from your client area. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or where the law requires it. After termination, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MyHostingPros is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profits, revenue or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MyHostingPros harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
